Alone at sea, adrift and free From consciousness I am taken No bird will crow where nothing grows In a hellish mire I awaken The sun beats down on land all around From depths of sea it has risen A beckoning reached out to me Across the plateau I am driven When reached what I sought, I found there was wrought An unholy chasm, stretching deeply And carved on its walls, the horrors evoked Took my sanity completely Prehistoric etchings brought visions to me Of gargantuan fish-men, spawned in the sea The sight of this horror incarnate in flesh Has brought me to madness, begging for death Icthyoidal beings, I can't comprehend Worshipping Dagon, they hasten my end Icthyoidal beings, I can't comprehend Raising my pistol, I hasten my end

about

Daykeeper Illinois

We make heavy music to crush you, psychedelic music to take you to space, and acoustic music to bring you back down. Sometimes we make weird music for the sake of weirdness.
